Take your workouts in a better direction. Private training is a personalized workout regime that is custom designed to you and your individual goals. I train my clients at Symmetry Center training center in River North where you’ll find a full-service gym, locker room, and smoothie bar. Meeting once a week is not bad to get your feet wet or if you’re in the maintenance phase of fitness. But on average, meeting two to three times weekly is ideal. With this type of training, you will get visible results within 4-6 weeks. Along with our weekly workouts, you’re not quite off the hook to sit on your couch on our off days. I’ll design a suggested workout program to help keep you accountable on our days off and also help you with any other areas of your life you are looking to improve in (i.e. diet, massage therapy, etc.). Remember, each workout is geared to you, whether it be for weight loss, getting stronger and leaner, correctional technique, sports training, or if you’re simply looking for self-improvement and coaching. Get the attention you need without the hassle of overcrowded, expensive classes. Join 4-10 of your friends, co-workers, or family in a challenging, time-efficient small-group training session! Small-group personal training is an hour long session that involves heart-pumping strength conditioning, out of control cardio, flexibility and/or mind-body exercises. The “I had to work late” excuse is losing validity with one of the latest trends in fitness: Corporate Fitness. Just because you spend eighty percent of your day at work, doesn’t mean your workout can’t come to you. You can now hire a fitness professional to come to your place of business to teach anything from bootcamp and Pilates to strength and kickbox! Have an available board room, sound stage, or outdoor area? All we need is a little space and I’ll bring the music, workout equipment and the energy! Corporate fitness is a great way to boost moral in the workplace and is a convenient way to get your workout in. Sessions typically run for eight weeks or longer depending on the program and are 45-60 minutes in length. Rates vary depending on length and distance of travel.
