Private Training:
Take your workouts in a better direction and stop wasting money on workouts that don't follow through. Private training is a personalized workout regime that is custom designed to you and your goals. I train at in-home/apartment gyms and out of local training centers. Meeting once a week is not bad to get your feet wet or if you’re in the maintenance phase of fitness. But on average, meeting twice weekly is ideal. With twice weekly sessions, you will get visible results within 4-6 weeks. Step it up a notch to three times weekly, and you’ll see and feel results immediately. Along with our weekly workouts, you’re not quite off the hook to sit on your couch on the other days of the week. I’ll design a suggested program to help keep you accountable on our days off and also help you with any other areas you’re looking to improve in (i.e. diet, massage therapy, etc.). Remember, each workout is geared toward you, whether it be for weight loss, getting stronger or leaner, correctional technique, sports training, or if you’re just looking for overall self-improvement and coaching.

Semi-Private Training: What does Semi-Private Training mean?
It’s small-group training in a 45min. – 75min. session that involves heart-pumping strength conditioning, out of control cardio, flexibility and/or mind-body exercises. Join 5410 of your friends and other eager participants in a challenging, time-efficient group personal training session. Workouts can include circuit training, Pilates, just strength, and more! You can also make your own group of 4-10 people and request more specific types of training. Get the attention you need without the hassle of overcrowded, expensive classes where you can’t tell if you should be running rampant on a treadmill for hours or lifting your body weight in heavy metal, curling or crunching, inhaling or exhaling. Payne Camp is a weekly personal training program that will keep you on track when work, life, and those little excuses get in the way. The Payne Camp program is a bootcamp-style small-group training program where you'll get the thorough workouts you might not be able and/or willing to give youself, along with advice and fitness guidance. Each sweat session will include a warm-up, strength, cardio, pilates, flexibility training and a cool-down. Sessions are limited to 10 people so that you can get the attention of a personal trainer and the motivation of your peers.
We'll begin the program with a consultation where we can go over your goals and determine a baseline. Then we'll end the summer program with a re-evaluation. Each 75-minute training session will be held at Erie Park at the corner of Erie/Kingsbury St. Sessions are limited to 10 people and are great for all levels, so grab a friend and sign up today! Group-training provides the best motivation and is one of the most fun ways to workout!
- Individual sessions are $25.
- 5 session punch card is $100 ($20/session).
- 10 session punch card is $190 ($19/session).
- One 10 session punch card + one 5 session punch card $270 ($18/session).
Combine regularly scheduled private training with Payne Camp and receive all Payne Camp sessions at $17.
*Street parking and bathrooms are available. Multiple punch cards must be bought together in order to receive the added discount. Sessions must be used by Sept. 18th unless special arrangements are made).
